  • Make a photo that represents the passage of time.
  • The edge of a knife, the waters edge, or some other edge.
  • Make a photo containing stone, water and clouds.

The Crazy Bunch

I decided to do this assignment, worth 4 stars, because I really love my friends and enjoy showcasing that in whatever way I can.

This collage displays a couple of my awesome friends during a scavenger hunt we did in the mall at the beginning of the summer. We met 2 random guys who are also pictured in this collage who partook in our hunt. The guy “eating the shoe” (weird) is someone we met in Saxon’s and I decided to use him because my friends were so adamant about someone eating a shoe in the hunt. He thought the scavenger hunt was funny, so he allowed us to take his picture.

The old man that looks like he’s whipping my friends was asked to act like he was walking them like dogs, but he decided not to do that, so we got the awesome picture. It’s hilarious because that’s really what I imagine an old man who was angry at annoying college students doing. The man was hilarious and made us laugh!

I called the collage the crazy bunch because we’re aways doing crazy things and trying to find what crazy thing we can do next.

Analysis of Superhero Movie Stills

In this photo, the foreground includes the Guardians of the Galaxy. The perspective comes from someone who is standing directly in front of Pom and looking at what is taking place. The selection of this photo comes the the producers of this movie deciding that movie watchers needed to see exactly what each character was doing. Spiderman Does the Laundry

I chose Spiderman because he is my favorite super hero, so when I saw that I was able to make a photo through Photoshop of Spiderman doing a “mundane” task like taking out the trash, doing dishes, or washing laundry, I got really excited. I think it’s funny to make a super hero who is known for being powerful do a task like washing dishes or doing laundry. However, Spiderman is one of the superheroes who’d be most likely to wash his own laundry because he’s just an average guy. I really enjoyed this activity.

Photography Past, Present, and Personal

From my first digital camera, a pink rhinestone camcorder to my current Canon Rebel T5-I, I’ve loved photography for the past 12 years or so. I have never been great at taking photos, but I’d like to think I’m okay. I have broken my fair share of cameras and definitely didn’t get what I should’ve out of some of them. However, my love for photography has grown as I’ve grown. Continue reading “Photography Past, Present, and Personal”
